  • Designed and implemented scalable multi-tier shared UNIX hosting infrastructure. It includes various tools for enforcing QoS policies, monitoring resource usage and system load. Developed customer control panel and CRM for managing customer accounts.
  • Has defined customer support processes and duty regulations.
  • Automated payment processing with a few Russian payment systems. Semi-automated processing of a customer's wire transfers.
  • Deployed and localized Fotarea.ru FotoBilder-based photo hosting service. (Currently discontinued.)
  • Designed a few communication centers projects according to a Russian standards (GOST) and regulations.

  • MySQL Checker
    It is a watchdog daemon written completely in Perl that constantly monitors usage of MySQL servers and sends email or take some actions if some of them have too many running processes providing a heartbeat service for MySQL.
  • Free Typographer
    Functions and libraries for several programming languages that correctly replaces standart quotes (inch sign) to the russian typographic quotes («...», etc), places non-breaking spaces where needed, etc.
  • Discovered Multiple Vendor Image Count Denial of Service Vulnerability
    in a few browsers.
